Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken


4 skinless, boneless chicken breasteasy-honey-mustard-chicken
¾ cup honey
½ cup prepared mustard
Lemon pepper to taste
4 slices of bacon, cut in half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  


Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).


  1. Place the chicken breast halves in a baking dish, and drizzle with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.


  1. Bake chicken for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Top each breast half with two bacon-slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Continue baking for 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp and the cheese is bubbly.

 1 1/2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
4 eggs, beaten
Two 6 ounce cans lump crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
one 10 inch unbaked pastry shell


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Toss cheese with flour.

Add half-and-half, eggs, crab, onion, salt and pepper.  Mix well.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake 55 minutes or until set.
