Harrison Township Day 2018 is set for Saturday, May 5th (rain date May 6th) from 11am to 10pm at Ella Harris Park.
The theme for this year is Superheros and residents are invited to come dressed as your favorite Superhero.
Activities this year include:
- Free Live concert from 1pm – 8pm
- Fireworks at Dusk
- Pony Rides
- Human Hamster Ball Races
- K-9 Demo
- Dance and Karate performances
- Hot Dog & Pig Races

Excitement is building around town for the annual Harrison Township Day festivities, this Saturday, May 4th (rain date May 5th.) The parade and 5k will take place on Main Street, while vendor exhibits, rides and amusements will all take place at Ella Harris Park. Below is a full schedule of events and activities so you’re sure not to miss a thing!
9:00 a.m. Run for the Roses 5k. Race begins at Mullica Hill Commons.
9:30 a.m. Harrison Township Day Parade. Parade begins on Woodland Ave. and Route 45 and will travel south on Main St., ending at Ella Harris Park at approximately 11 a.m.
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Crafter and Vendor Exhibits. BBQ chicken and rib dinners available from Rode’s.
11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Amusements and Rides. Purchase a wrist-band to ride all day. $15 if purchased in advance at the Harrison Twp. Municipal Building. $20 on the day of the event. (ticket booth opens at 11 a.m.) Cash or Check only.
11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Live Music provided by classic rock band, Ryptyde, until 3 p.m. and DJ from 4 – 8 p.m.
12 noon – 6 p.m. Laser Tag presented by Delaware Valley Laser Skirmish. Open Play Games will be 5 minutes of non-stop action with two teams of five players working to eliminate the other. Tickets are $5 per person per game or $20 for 5 games – available at the ticket booth.
Fireworks at Dusk presented by Schaefer Pyrotechnics.
