Lights on Main ~ Nov. 26th

The Mullica Hill event that’s been voted Best of Gloucester County for the past three years in a row is back and better than ever!  Lights on Main – a celebration of the Christmas Season will be held on November 26th from 6pm to 10pm on Main St.  Admission is free for all and it’s a great way to enjoy visiting with friends and neighbors while kicking off the season and getting in the holiday spirit!

Enter the Lights on Main Christmas Trivia Giveaway for some festive fun and a chance to win a gift card for a delicious night of Main Street dining.

The highlight of Lights on Main is the annual Tree Lighting.  Gather in front of the Historical Society to watch as the giant tree is lit, signaling the start of the holiday season.  After the Tree Lighting, step inside Old Town Hall to warm up with some apple cider and holiday cookies.

Gingerbread Man decorating, sponsored by Harrison Township Recreation Commission, is just one of the fun-filled activities available at this year’s Lights on Main!  Kids can also visit the Mullica Hill Art Center for some fun holiday crafting!

Hop on the Christmas train at Folwell & Main St. for a relaxing ride up and down Main Street.  Or, sit back, relax and experience horse-drawn carriage rides.

There will be plenty of vendors offering food and refreshments up and down the street and your favorite shops and restaurants will be open late.

Holy Tomato Too will be hosting an early bird special on North Main Street – stop in before 6pm – and you can also stop by blueplate for some Holiday Cheer!

Be sure to bring your camera and don’t miss out on these awesome photo opportunities:

1. Show your holiday spirt with Mr. and Mrs. Claus in Old Town Hall
2. Take a seat on Santa’s Magical Sleigh
3. Hang out with the Elf on the Shelf

Lights on Main 2016 is sure to be the best one yet!  We hope to see you there!
